DRIFT COMP AND TRY ME

Team Dori was founded in 2010 by four Drifters who loved to drift their R/C cars. The home track at that time was Sheldon’s hobbies indoor drift track located in San Jose, California. These four members were decided to becoming Pro Level R/C Drifters, and spent many hours developing their skills for battle in the Nor Cal Drift Competition Series. Fast forward to today where Team Dori is now 11 members deep with a division in Calgary, Canada. The Team is dedicated to not only becoming the best Drifters on the circuit, there is a strong focus to promote R/C Drift to a mainstream audience.

HELICOPTER SIMULATOR

Hop in a single seat Mosquito personal helicopter for and have your picture taken. Rotor FX will also be bringing are a self contained FAA certified helicopter flight simulator that will be available for rental by the show patrons. It is a full two place helicopter cockpit with all features and dual controls,where an instructor will be able to give each person a short display or lesson and get them flying in the simulator. The simulator can replicate the Robonson R22 or R44 both for VFR or IFR, the MD500, Enstrom 280, Bell 206 Jet Ranger, OH-58 and Eurocopter AS-350 “A-Star” Rotor FX will also be presenting information on our flight training and aerial tours and will be offering a free drawing for a helicopter flight lesson and an aerial tour for two.

CALIFORNIA NATIONAL GUARD AND SHADOW UAV

The RQ-7 Shadow 200 is the smallest of the Shadow family of unmanned aircraft systems developed by AAI. It is in operational service with the US Army and US Marine Corps.

Shadow 200 is used to locate, recognise and identify targets up to 125km from a brigade tactical operations centre. The system recognises tactical vehicles by day and night from an altitude of 8,000ft and at a slant range of 3.5km. Imagery and telemetry data is transmitted in near-real time from the Shadow ground control station to joint stars common ground station, all-sources analysis system and to the army field artillery targeting and direction system.
